| Question: I am post graduate in Agronomy in the field of Agriculture. Presently I am working as a research associate at IIPR, Kanpur on adhoc basis for a time bound. My project will be terminated in the next year. After that I will become a job seeker. However, the job for Scientist lecturship is going down. and frustration is going up. My age is 32. Kindly suggest me on my career. Thank you. |

Answer: There can be several options:
- Organized industry: You may start looking at possible opening in Industry. Since you are in this field, talk to some people and go and meet the concerned people in those Industries.
- Extension of the present arrangement: There may be some way to get an extension. Explore and apply.
- Look at other Universities.
- See what you can do in private institutions that are coming up.
- Start some thing on your own.
